Responsibilities

The Responsibilities of Area Sales Manager
->Increase the sales of our matrimony packages,
->Increase the sales of our tours and travels packages
->Increases the visibility of our Services on offline and online platforms.
-> Increase our business Tie Ups with other businesses.

Description about the Job
-> Area Sales Manager is expected to manage a team of 12 to 15 Sales executives.
-> Area Sales Manager has to achieve the sales targets by selling Matrimony packages /Travels packages through his/her Sales Executive team.
-> Area Sales Manager will be working from a canopy provided by the company and sales executives will be reporting to him/her in a canopy daily.
-> Area Sales Manager will be given authority to use his/her strategies to increase sales.
-> Area Sales Manger will be part of the selection process of Sales Executives. With this he/she gets an opportunity to select his/her own team effectively.
-> Area Sales Manager will be a good motivator for his/her team and also he/she must assist the top management in devising strategy for growth in their location.
-> Area Sales Manger will be doing Business Tie ups (Business to Business) with prominent players in his/her location.
->Area Sales Manager will optimally use social media and other media channels to promote and increase visibility of our brand.

Package:
Package will be according to Industry Standards, Your Qualification and Work Experience. It will have both Fixed and Variable components. In probation period one can expect near about Rs.25,000/- per month in hand salary (Inclusive both fixed and variable component). Confirmation may happen in a span of six months from the date of joining and one can expect Rs.30,000/- after confirmation. Moreover in one year one can expect a salary of Rs.35,000/- per month in hand as an Area Sales Manager. Joining Grade will be Area Sales Manager - Trainee
Work Experience: 0 to 8 + Years

Eligibility:
->The Candidate must be a Graduate from a recognized university.
->Candidate must have scored more than 60% throughout his /her academic career during Post Graduation, Graduation, HSC and SSC.
->Candidate must have cleared all his subjects before Joining.
-> Candidate must deposit a Credit Deposit of Rs.50,000/- at the time of Joining. The candidate during his/her tenure with the company can use this Credit Deposit anytime for booking a Flight ticket or Hotel Booking for its clients.

-> Sales Executive can visit Business houses or Companies or Corporate houses to get the bulk Registration for matrimony and to get Ultra Travels registered as a travel agency for the Business houses or Companies or Corporate houses.
-> Sales executive will be meeting the clients directly and communicating our products and services effectively.
-> Sales Executive will optimally use social media and other media channels to promote and increase visibility of our brand.

List of the Students Selected for Internship from top B-School in 2013

We are Glad to inform you that we have selected 52 Students for Our Summer Internship Program.

All the students are coming from Top B Schools ( Symbiosis , IMT, ICFAI, GOA Institute of Management, KIAMS, KJ Somaiya).
As per our Communication, Students are required to come to Ahmedabad for two days of training and then they will go back to their respective towns after training.

Training will be given on two different dates because the every institute is not having the same dates for Internship
1) 12 March 213 and 13 March 2013 - IBS Students are expected on these two dates.
2) 8 April 2013 and 9 April 2013 - Symbiosis , IMT, GOA Institute of Management, KIAMS, KJ Somaiya - Students are expected for training on these two dates.

Students have to report at SABAR GUEST HOUSE at 9:00 am on training days.
Training will be given in the conference hall of the Hotel Itself.
Students can comfortably stay over here we have done a Corporate Tie Up with this Hotel.
